5-Day Refund/Replacement Policy

This item is eligible for free replacement within 5 days of delivery in the unlikely event that a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is delivered to you.
You may also return the product within 5 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, with the brand outer box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty cards, and all original accessories included in the manufacturer’s packaging for a successful return pickup.
We may contact you to verify the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.

Additional Terms for Wholesale and Bulk Orders

If you purchase products on a wholesale and receive a discount, the order will not be eligible for return.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) wholesale orders, a 30% advance payment must be made before dispatch.

If an order is cancelled after dispatch, both forward and return shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining refund will be processed within 21 days after the returned parcel is received.

In the case of bulk purchases, if the order has already been dispatched and you choose to cancel, you will still receive a refund after the return is received. However, you will be restricted from placing new orders for the next 30 days.
